Lead Routing Pro Disclosures
Last updated: May 2026
These customer-facing terms summarize how Lead Routing Pro supports dealership lease-offer pages, payment readiness, Meta ad launch workflows, and responsibility for published offers.
Platform Terms
Lead Routing Pro provides software for generating, hosting, installing, and monitoring lease-offer pages and related lead-routing workflows. Customers are responsible for providing accurate dealership, inventory, pricing, advertising, and contact information before launch.
- Customers must have authority to connect dealership websites, Meta assets, CRM forms, and payment accounts.
- Generated pages and ads should be reviewed before they are activated or embedded on a live website.
- Lead Routing Pro may pause or block launch actions when required setup, payment, disclosures, or verification gates are incomplete.
Privacy Notice
Lead Routing Pro stores operator account data, dealer setup data, runtime diagnostics, marketing lead submissions, and launch health information needed to operate the service.
- Dealer website runtime events are used to verify installation, bridge native forms, diagnose client errors, and support launch health.
- Marketing lead and signup submissions may include contact information, attribution parameters, and stated launch goals.
- Customers should not submit sensitive consumer data outside the intended lead-routing forms and connected CRM workflows.
Lease Offer Disclosure Responsibility
The customer is responsible for reviewing every published lease offer, disclaimer, pricing assumption, fee, tax, title, licensing, mileage, term, due-at-signing value, expiration date, and eligibility condition before and after launch.
- Generated offers depend on customer-provided inventory feeds, quote settings, calibration inputs, and dealer defaults.
- Customers must ensure published offers comply with applicable advertising, lending, leasing, manufacturer, and dealership rules.
- If a source feed, pricing configuration, or legal disclosure changes, customers should regenerate and review affected SRP and ad assets.
